Lettering by illustrator Katie Daisy, very nice! Her pattern work is great too, definite love of nature coming through her work…

Found via the ever excellent FormFiftyFive

The illustrated alphabet is a project by curated by Irish studio The Small Print. They invited 26 illustrators to each produce 2 prints based around one letter of the alphabet, one would be the letter and the other based on the letter. You can buy copies of the prints over at Print-Process.

The above selection are my favorites (especially the top one) by Ben Newman, Oliver JeffersMichael Gillette, Craig & Karl and Chris Haughton.

I don’t think I’ve posted anything by Jessica Hische in months and months, I’m sure everyone into design and typography knows about her, and have seen most of her work. But anyway I just saw this old project again (which are pages from a diary/planner she worked on) after H&FJ tweeted about it. And they do make a very nice post all together.

Black Water.. what a concept. This packaging that ‘changes’ when empty is a great move. Albeit you only get to enjoy this twist AFTER you have purchased and used the product - so is it really effective marketing?
